By installing the new guides from SEMA DesignING we have succeeded in simplify line conversion among the products. Now the conversion is tool-less and can be done directly by the operator. The solution is Poka yoke and guarantees repeatable settings without the need for "doseřízení". The total time of product change on the conveyor in the packaging part of the line is shortened by 75 %.
What I particularly appreciate about the work and approach of the SEMA team is Flexibility a fast response when changes are needed during the development and design of the solution.
