The need to ensure a continuous supply of product to the 5 packing lines using conveyor belts adapted to the surrounding development. Downtime of packaging lines due to inconsistent product supply.
Two belt conveyors (length 26 m and 27 m) equipped with transfer stations ensuring continuous supply of product to the packaging lines. The complex technology and building structure required precise surveying using 3D scanning and the design of 11 unique supports and hangers to support the conveyor line. The deployment of the conveyors eliminated downtime on the packaging lines and reduced dependence on human resources. The line meets the strictest hygiene (FCM) and safety standards according to European guidelines.
