Production of twine loops
Saving production costs by replacing the purchased twine loops with the customer's own production.
Development and production of a unique machine for the production of twine loops. Our task was to invent and debug the mechanism that delivers the twine to the knotter. It further shortens it to the required length, ties the twine loop and then carries it out of the machine where the loop is stored in a tray. The machine contains sensors that stop the machine when all the twine has been processed or when the guarding is opened.
