Manual link conveyor
The need to connect two production lines with a manual conveyor that allows the operator to cross the conveyor and pass the pallet truck.
Manual link conveyor, which consists of three main parts: fixed module, lifting ramp - allows the passage of the pallet truck when lifting. Crossing module - equipped with stair treads and handrails for safe crossing of the conveyor. The lifting ramp is held in the upper position by a locking pin which is remotely operated for better ergonomics. A pair of gas struts help with lifting, so even a frail operator can easily lift the 80kg ramp with a force of just 7kg.
What I appreciate about the work and approach of the SEMA team is their professionalism, proactivity and speed of implementation. At a high level was also technical design a Documentation to our new conveyor.
Last but not least, I would like to mention their Imaginative a communication during the initial meetings, when they themselves came up with good ideas for improvement to solve our problem.
