We carried out extensive production monitoring and data collection at the client's site, from planning to the assembly process itself. The aim was to point out the weak points in the current production process and to suggest concrete steps to increase the efficiency of production and therefore production. The analysis resulted in a projected 38% increase in production without the need for high investment simply by changing the production planning, changing the processes for stock utilisation and material logistics, appropriate design of workstation layout and use of appropriate assembly fixtures.
