Forming Production Machine
To introduce the production of a new product, the machine technology of the production process had to be supplemented with a moulding production machine.
A machine developed and manufactured specifically to meet the customer's needs. The machine is equipped with a dough flow divider, up to 7 speeds can be set by a switch thanks to a servo motor, processing up to 1200 kg/h of mixture. Two product diameters can be produced thanks to the interchangeable pipe. The machine meets the strictest FDA and FCM hygiene standards applicable in the food industry. The processing of the machine complies with the safety regulations valid not only in the Czech Republic but also in the EU.
