Michal: the engineer who never gets bored in SEMA

This is his fourth year as part of our team and he still enjoys it. Michal is not just an engineer - he is a person who works on diverse projects, learns new things and above all is part of a group where people help each other and stick together.

Work that has meaning

The motto is: "Work hard, party harder." And it's not just a phrase - when you work hard, the reward is a good team and projects that make sense.

Michal is an example of this. In four years he has been involved in a number of projects - from the development of a moulding machine to the construction of a modular building for a film festival. Each project is different, and that's what keeps him permanently on the lookout.

Designer and part of the party

"Sometimes I model in 3D, sometimes I assemble directly at the client's site. Boredom doesn't stay with us too long," says Michal.
What makes the work special is not only the technical diversity, but also the team. When things don't go well, experience and a colleague next to you can help.

What working at SEMA is like

  • Diversity of projects - no serial routine, but constant technical challenges.

  • Room for growth - from design to installation, from idea to implementation.

  • Team culture - things are said straight up and everyone pulls together.
